Trading costs pushed me past my daily stop One R is where my trading day ends. I track the result that way because I do not put my account balance online. After three trades last week, the price PnL in my journal said I was down 0.86R, so I allowed myself one more setup. I copied the trading fees and funding settlement from the BYDFi fund records, converted them into R, and got a net loss of 1.03R. One position had crossed the settlement time, and I had sent that entry to a monthly cost sheet instead of the number controlling my day. The fourth trade should never have happened. I use the net account change for the daily stop now. The setup on trade four is beside the point. I was already finished before I opened it.
