Gemini has been holding my SGD 24,000 for over a month. This is insane. Seriously, has anyone else dealt with this? Gemini restricted and closed my account, and I still haven't received around SGD 24,000 of MY OWN MONEY after more than a month. I've contacted support over and over again. Eventually Gemini told me they had transferred the money and gave me a tracking number. Guess what? The transfer was REJECTED. And I still don't have my money. So Gemini closed my account, failed to successfully transfer my remaining balance, and more than a month later I'm still chasing them for SGD 24,000 that belongs to me.
