When using a DeFi app - How do you prefer contacting/receiving support? Quick heads-up, I'm not here to shill or mention any app/solution - I'm genuinely interested in just hearing your thoughts. TL;DR - Discord is becoming a bad option to offer support on due to scammers - so we're thinking of sunsetting that option. Looking to get some feedback on what support approaches you appreciate/find most convenient so we could implement it. I run user support for a DeFi app, and currently, there's two options: - In app (chat widget) - Discord And while Discord has its advantages such as: - Ease of access (a user doesn't have to stick around in the app to get a reply in the widget)
