(BTC is screwed! 😂) Many people believe that a cryptographic seed generated with dice is automatically safer than a seed generated by an electronic True Random Number Generator (TRNG). However, the reality is more complex: a dice roll is also a physical phenomenon governed by the laws of nature. When a die is thrown, the outcome depends on a huge number of variables: the exact force of the hand, the throwing angle, the rotation speed, the initial position of the die, the texture of the surface, air pressure, temperature, humidity, gravity, vibrations, and even tiny invisible variations in the surrounding environment. In theory, if a machine could perfectly reproduce all of these physical conditions, throw the same dice in exactly the same way, and recreate the same environment, it could obtain the same results.
