CLARITY act, past statements, TRUMP, and the future of XRP I’ve held XRP since 2018 and have been following statements from Garlinghouse and Schwartz for the duration. When the SEC case started, Garlinghouse was asked if he would consider giving the US govt the XRP escrow and he said that “all options were on the table.” Fast forward to today and the SEC case is settled, but the CLARITY act is about to (hopefully) pass.
