I personally manage a Discord server with few thousand users and we've been using my bot for 3 years now. I am preparing it to open source it and upload to publicly available server so anyone can invite the bot and test it or self hosted it if he prefers. What the bot does: Discord server can connect its own Lightning wallet, members can deposit sats into their server balance, and then use those sats inside the Discord community for instant actions like tipping, paid roles, donations, quizzes (winner's rewards), and more.
