Giving up M26 After 4-5 years of trading I think it is time for me to stop “gambling” and stop trading completely. I think I’ve lost around £30-40k so far between Crypto and Forex, I need to start building back my capital. Got £40 in my bank account and about £8k in debt. Every time I try stopping, for some reason I go back to downloading MT5 and giving back to the market. Any suggestions on how to completely forget about trading?
