Courtyard.io holding $698 of my funds for 3.5 weeks over a platform bug. Support is ghosting. I’ve been trying to withdraw my $698.17 USDC balance from Courtyard.io for nearly a month, but every attempt crashes with a useWalletSign frontend error. Their support has completely ghosted. To make matters worse, their payment processor (Coinflow) admitted in writing that the error is entirely Courtyard’s internal fault. Since they refuse to fix it, I’ve officially escalated this and registered complaints with the **FTC, New York Attorney General, Singapore Police Force, and CASE (Singapore)**. Has anyone else dealt with these withdrawal bugs on their platform? Preparing to file a bank chargeback next.
