They might have ownership of some XRP holding vehicle like a crypto ETF as part of a wider portfolio, but Instos who actually need / use XRP are not going to purchase it. Why? Because ODL exists. You convert to XRP then convert to some other currency. That takes seconds. Why would Instos need to buy billions of dollars worth of XRP when Ripple has already made a service that lets you skip that? XRP price is extremely volatile, no company is going to buy & hold it. No, they dont care about staking.
