Emotions keep sabotaging my trading Have been facing a big issue for many months now, can't seem to get over the fear of losing, fear of being wrong and being seen as wrong/not successful. That all causes me to freeze when my setup shows up, miss it then FOMO, many times into a very stupid trade and either end up catching like a 10% win, or catching the top and holding the loser. I have tried sizing down, so little that it was not even noticeable, tried breathing exercises, always trade with a stop loss, tried placing a trade and walking away but I'm always pulled back. I'm not sure what else to do, is this a deeper psychological/mental issue that I need help with.
