Cardano Use Case - Project Management In my way to work I had an idea. I summerized my idea with chat GPT of anyone wonders. So my idea was basically: What if we didn’t replace existing systems like CDEs, PKM or Conclude, but added an independent verification layer? Plans, BIM files, RFIs, approvals, change orders, site instructions, minutes and payment-related events would remain stored off-chain. Only their cryptographic hashes, timestamps, document versions and relevant approvals would be anchored on a blockchain such as Cardano. The goal wouldn’t be to store files on-chain, but to create an independent, tamper-resistant project timeline.
