Note to Self I'm taking two weeks off even though I'm watching the markets. I became too aggressive and a bit stupid. I'm reading about accepting a loss and have a solid stop and let the market take you out and do not adjust it if afterwards the market looks like it's going to hit. Let the stop get hit and accept the loss and move on. If you enter a trade in a 5 or 15 minute time frame then you should have set your exit based upon the same time frame. Do not widen your stop loss ever and do not reduce your take profit target. I can't agree with never adjusting the take profit how ever I do agree with not widening a sell stop once it is placed and that includes adjusting the sell stop to below an important low while keeping a profit above .
