A slightly unusual post for r/Bitcoin — my journey toward a transplant I know this isn't the usual kind of post here, but Bitcoin has always interested me because of its ability to move value directly across borders, without depending on traditional financial systems. I'm in India and I've been on dialysis for the last 6 years. I'm now working toward a kidney transplant, which would give me a chance to finally move beyond life on dialysis. The financial side, however, is a huge obstacle. I'm also a writer and have published three books. Some of my readers have been supporting me through Buy Me a Coffee, where I'm raising money toward the transplant.
