Account Restrictions Placed on Weekend My card was just locked and restrictions placed on my account after “suspicious transactions” which was transferring $40 from chequing to crypto. It gives me a number to call and the person who answers can’t do anything as the team who unlocks accounts doesn’t work until Monday. This is absolutely insane they can lock you out for no reason and don’t have the support system to fix it. I have no access to my assets or funds until I call back Monday. Ridiculous.
