Cancelled transaction, can’t contact costumer support I sent btc to coinbase from kraken. CB cancelled transaction due to missing info (got through on the blokchain), so CB is holding my funds. I added the missing, required info more than 1 hour ago but my funds don’t show up in my account. Tried contacting costumer support, but u first need a case number from the chat bot in order to be able to contact them, but the chatbot doesn’t work. I can’t type , I can only click on give feedback or not, and both options ends the chat… what a horrible experience, regret choosing coinbase. (I also read when u buy crypto they hold it for 7-10 days before u can transfer to other wallet?)
