My (30F) boyfriend (28M) says he's been trading crypto for 9 years and treats it like a full-time job - minimum 12 hours a day, every day, every night on his PC or phone. He's never had a regular job because of this (he's hired in the family business but spends only a fraction of time working on that). When I need him for something, I sometimes get "can't, Bitcoin is moving" or "there's a conference that'll affect the market" - I truly feel like it's overall affecting our life together. He's never explained any of it to me and never shares whether he's up or down. Recently he mentioned past years were losses, last two months were profitable - that's it, no numbers.
