There was never a "RNG vulnerability" in bx (part of a "developer toolkit"). There was a failure of "security experts" to read either (1) the cmdline help or (2) the online documentation [WARNING] - by their own admission. bx doesn't generate randomness for this *very reason*.

The more I read about this ColdCard incident the angrier I’m getting. Their terms of sale are a masterclass in “not our problem.” THIS IS WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO READ T&CS!! They sell the devices “as-is.” They disclaim every warranty that actually matters… merchantability,
