What I Did With My Bitcoin During All This Craziness First, I did not generate my seed phrase on a Coldcard. 24 words from Trezor. But I did import my seed to a Coldcard Q and connected it via USB to the internet, so when the news first broke I was very scared. I didn't know what to do, and I was very conflicted. Should I do multisig? Should I sell everything and buy IBIT? I decided to stay with my Trezor One but I SIGNIFICANTLY upgraded my passphrase. My passphrase used to be one word. No bueno. In the standard 24 word wallet I left about $1k as bait. If that is stolen then I know my seed is compromised. The 31 character passphrase will buy me enough time to migrate in a worst case scenario.
