Since then, I've received nothing but one automated email saying a support specialist will contact me. It's now been over a week with no updates. I've spoken to the AI support assistant countless times, but it just repeats the same scripted response and refuses to provide any information or timeline. I've also tried reaching out through Discord, but all I got was the same automated message telling me to wait for an email. At this point, my money is effectively being held with no explanation, no estimated timeframe, and no way to speak to a real person. The lack of live customer support is incredibly frustrating.
