My assets disappeared during the mandatory KuCoin → ZBX migration. Over 3 weeks with no solution. Hi everyone, I’m posting here because I’ve been stuck for over three weeks and I’m hoping someone from KuCoin can finally look into my case. When KuCoin stopped operating in Europe in 2025, my assets (around €3,000) were automatically migrated to ZBX. I created a ZBX account as instructed so I could withdraw my funds. The problem is that my assets are not on KuCoin anymore, and they are not on ZBX either. I contacted ZBX directly, and they told me that they cannot help and that only KuCoin can resolve this issue. Since then, I have contacted KuCoin support multiple times, but I keep receiving the exact same generic reply saying they are “discussing the matter with ZBX and the relevant regulatory authorities.”
