ChangeNow scammed me. Please help !! I need help guys and I don't know what to do anymore. Almost a month ago I used change now to exchange into Monero while the price was dropping. Since then my funds have been frozen. I have provided all Docs they requested and Every time I email them I get the same copy and paste reply saying they're looking into it, but nothing actually happens. It's a lot of money for me and I'm starting to feel like I made the biggest mistake trusting them. No refund, no exchange, just waiting and getting nowhere. Has anyone here actually managed to get their funds back from Change now ?! Is there someone I should contact, or is legal action my only option at this point.
