Ticket to reset trading password Hello, I am in a non-KYC supported country and am trying to reset my trading password so I can withdraw funds and close the account. I started by opening a ticket on kucoin site (#10662514) and asking how to reset the trading password for a non-KYC country user. The response from support was to go through the standard trading password reset in my account and do the verification process there. I submitted the request through my account, but a little while after I submitted the request I got an email saying "Failed to Reset Security Authentication Method". Then a few minutes later I got another email from Kucoin support saying a new ticket was created for me (#10662695) and asking me to do additional verifications of recent logins, deposit history, etc.
