Should crypto platforms stay focused only on crypto? Crypto platforms seem to be moving beyond their original purpose lately. A few years ago, an exchange was just a place to buy and sell coins. Now we're seeing staking, prediction markets, RWAs, tokenized assets, and in some cases even equities and commodities. I was browsing around recently and noticed Canborsa has several markets like BTC, gold, Alibaba, Apple, and TSMC all in the same interface. It caught my attention mostly because it feels like crypto infrastructure is slowly turning into a broader financial layer. Not sure whether people actually want this or if they'll continue preferring dedicated brokers and exchanges for each asset class.
