Crypto.com are scammers, support useless, their reddit here doesn't reply, $6k stuck Just a warning to not use Crypto.com . I have been using bitcoin since it was at $50 in 2013 and I have never had a problem buying, selling, sending or receiving until 2 days ago with Crypto.com . A loved one needed money for emergency surgery so I instantly transferred $6,500 from my Chase bank account to my Coinbase account, bought $6,000 of bitcoin, and transferred it to my loved one's Crypto.com bitcoin account. In order to release the funds Crypto.com required a test send from the address the bitcoin was just sent from to prove ownership of the address (the Coinbase address). The amount they required to send was lower than Coinbase's minimum send allowed so it was not possible.
