Coinbase freeze for a month 0.2 BTC frozen for the reason of “this looks like a scam, we’re keeping your funds safe”. They successfully verified me twice, for 2 transfer transactions to a freshly created address (amounts 0.02 BTC) but every time they requested me to go through ID verification. I wonder how an address with no history can be treated as suspicious. Now their response is: wait until end of August, nothing we can do. Will be moving all my funds out once the freeze is over. PS. Last year I proved to Coinbase I purchased 10+ BTC on their platform in 2018-2019. They told me “we updated your profile”. Apparently that update lost somewhere.
