But Cubic is trying to fix this with something called oracle machines. They allowed smart contracts to receive verified real-world information, but Cubic doesn't stop there. It's also introducing outsourced computation. So instead of just reading the outside world, smart contracts will finally be able to act on it too. Imagine triggering a Bitcoin transaction, unlocking a smart block, or controlling another blockchain automatically.
