Its BMEX token dropped roughly 90% on the news. Then, same day, BKX Services and David Namda filed a class action in the Southern District of New York. Their claim, an internal desk traded on private customer data during server freezes, ordinary users couldn't escape, and forced liquidations fed the insurance fund, while collateral was allegedly worth twice the losses. That's over 622 BTC between the two plaintiffs, around $40 million at today's price. A near identical suit in 2020 was dropped last year. Now it's back, aimed at a company packing boxes.
