Clarity Act Updates & how to prepare right now for the next crypto bull run! Most investors will make this big mistake yet again this cycle…. Watch this video [Spoken audio]: All right, what's going on everybody? Welcome back here to the channel. You guys can see we are on location Right here in Amsterdam. So I wanted to kind of give you guys Kind of some things I'm thinking about right now in terms of what's happening with Crypto in particular the Clarity Act is big right now. Obviously the the Senate just recently Had some great conversations We're hearing from many many sources that we're getting closer and closer to getting this past Finally, we've been waiting for this for a very very long time We've been talking a lot about which assets this is going to impact the most makes you guys are checking out all my content videos On the different altcoins that we're eyeing right now There's been a new one. So highly encourage you guys to just go check out those videos already, but there's been a new one that has kind of burst on the scene in my opinion. The asset is Kaito. It's K-A-I-T-O. They recently signed a deal with X, the social media platform, and they've actually been performing exceptionally well. So that's another trade that I'm looking to maybe potentially take here. A lot of people have it going back up to like 150 range I think it's trading just above a dollar right now so just another one to watch but you know the clarity act in general I think it's gonna bring a lot of insight into this market and I think you know looking at things like tokenization AI you'll find out you know a lot of the names that we've been talking about are kind of in these areas of AI tokenization payments some of the top layer one protocols these these type of plays I think are set Really to benefit the most. I don't think really the Clarity Act impacts Bitcoin all that much I mean Bitcoin kind of is what it is already Bitcoin's kind of already had clarity well before this whole Clarity Act even became talked about or thought about If even if you go back to like the Gary Gensler regime Bitcoin has always been Looked at as a commodity and that's the big thing right now in terms of the Clarity Act. It's like who's going to be deciding, you know, what's a security, what's a commodity, who's going to have oversight, etc. There are some other things I think happening that are important in addition to the Clarity Act. Obviously they're trying to get this done before early August once Congress goes on recess. The chances of the Clarity Act getting pushed through are going to diminish greatly. So we're watching all of that. We're seeing good progress. Speaking of the president, Trump he actually made a decision to basically said, hey, I'll sign off on this whole thing where I can't launch coins or people of Congress can't launch coins, which I totally agree with. I don't think that should ever have been allowed in the first place, in my opinion. But that's a big piece of the holdup from one side of the aisle, obviously. They wanted that cleared up. And so I think we're close. I think we're close, but the big thing I think we're watching is how is DeFi gonna be impacted by all of this? And, you know, looking at a number of different protocols like, you know, Ando Finance, Chainlink, these two come to mind. I love these assets, love these companies. I just wish they had better tokenomics and a better business model to really drive the token price higher. I say all this and I own Ando, I own some chain link. I own a lot more on do than chain link because I think people are still going to speculate on it but you know if you look at hyper liquids business model, it's perfect because You know hyper liquid Goes up when the business does well Period, you know, they have a perfect system allowing for that so I'm very interested to kind of see what changes could be made to some of these protocols once the clarity act kind of gets pushed through and And you know chain link has made some changes to their token alimonyx nothing too crazy yet You know on dough has added a kind of different revenue bucket with on dough perps Which I think is only gonna get bigger bigger. I mean you're seeing hyper liquid. You're seeing lighter You've got on though now. You've got aster. I mean you got a lot of these perp decks is that are really really performing well but I do I I do find it interesting once this kind of gets pushed through to be watching for Which assets are kind of Completely Taken over by the institutions and not taken over like meaning like in a bad way just You look at Bitcoin Bitcoin is went from strictly a retail asset To mostly an institutional asset and it hasn't taken that long and I think there's gonna be a lot of other altcoins that follow in a similar path and if you could be the quote-unquote smart retail in There before the institutions pump it up like they did with Bitcoin this most recent You know big bull cycle with the with the ETFs and everything Then you're really setting yourself up for some big wins You know, we're talking 8, 10, 12 X's. I think that's what we all want, right? That's what we all want out of these all coins because if you're in all coins and you're not outperforming Bitcoin then It doesn't really matter. Well, it doesn't really matter if you're not performing if you're not outperforming Bitcoin so I think you have to be very very selective like with which all coins you get into and You can't just kind of jump into it like it's 2021 anymore You got to time it you got to be front-running the right narrative at the right time be able to pivot You know and use kind of Bitcoin and stable coins as your ways to kind of go back into your safety nets After you've you know made these made these plays you look at like XRP for example sure it did a 6x, but Did you time it up the way you should have like did you get in at 50 cents? Did you get out at 350? Right, that's a good question. Did you get in and get out at the right times? I think the same is going to happen this cycle with crypto. I think there's going to be some massive opportunities. I think You know meme coins are going to have their run. I think AI tokens are going to have their run I think You know a lot of these different sectors that we've talked about, you know Time and time again are going to have their runs, but you've got to be selective in what you're in and when you're in and when you get out so I actually spent good portion of a train ride yesterday just mapping out my ideas and taking notes on my investment strategies with all the different assets that I own and what my goals are and writing it all down putting it out on paper and slowly but surely you formulate this method to the madness and I think not a lot of people do this they just kind of go in and they're like I'll get out at some point it doesn't work like that your emotions take control and you start making bad decisions if you don't write it down and have a plan right now ahead of this bull market I promise you you're gonna leave a ton on the table and so I did it I made those mistakes in 2021 and I did way better in 2024-2025 and I think I'm super super prepared now for this next big run so that's what I've got for you guys I've just been kind of Ramblin here.
