RobinHood Chain Spotlight @OxSimpleFarmer with $STONKBROKER TLDR on this NFT-TOKEN crossover [Spoken audio]: If you've seen stonk brokers on Robinhood chain and want the plain version of what it does, well, here it is for you. So let's include the risks as well. But starting with the dev, simple farmer, because his background is unusually relevant here. So he came up trading decentralized options on dopex was then hired by apeco, the Ugalab subsidiary, where he was head of DeFi and development running ape chain. Apeco obviously disbanded in May. He's also previously built out a prediction market product, including a polymarket Parle platform. His stated lesson from all of this is first-time founders focus on product, second-time founders focus on distribution. So his thesis is that NFT communities are crypto's best marketing layer because people turn those assets into their identity, which you can't do when you're in a non-wallet. So what the heck is this? Well, 4,444 NFTs paired one-to-one with a token, ticker, stonk broker. Now these use standardized contracts deliberately not using ERC-404 or tax tokens because those break when a token gets listed on a centralized exchange. Floor on these about 1.3 ETH currently. So what's the mechanic here? While you swap your tokens, the stonk broker tokens into the AMM to receive the NFT. When you activate that NFT by burning the tokens, the ticker stonk broker, the activated holdup then starts to receive rewards paid out in stocks. Those are currently silver, oil, SpaceX, Nvidia, Amazon and Apple. Distribution is triggered by a clock in function. Anyone in the community can call that for about 10 cents or so in gas only. And you'll see this, the clock in meme being memed over on CT. So how does it actually make money today? Because this is the bit that matters. There are two live fee sources, a 10% fee when you swap into an NFT and that is paid in ETH. You can see up here. And there's also a 15% upfront fee on the loan. So you can actually take a loan of the full value of your NFT out. Both of these fees taken in ETH and then distributed through the network. So 70% typically goes to the stock booster and 30% to the protocol fee. So to be clear-eyed about what that means, those fees come from other participants and they get redistributed to active holders. So it is a closed loop right now, not external revenue. The burn mechanism is the more interesting structural piece here. Activating your stomp broker, NFT requires burning the tokens and roughly 10% of total supply has been burned so far. can see one DGEN here burned around 15 million tokens, activating nine brokers. Note as well, activation is also nullified if the NFT is transferred or sold, so selling forfeits what you pay to activate. That means the stonk broker token is by nature deflationary and that means over time less float. Some of the numbers here, so around 1500 of the 4,444 brokers are currently activated and around 1.5 million in liquidity sits for the token. They've also claimed number six spot by revenue on Robinhood Chain as you can see on DeFi Lama and over 150k in stock tokens have been distributed to the NFT holders. So what is the bottom line here? Well everything that would make this a real business is still in the roadmap. The stock launcher, so the launchpad, lands July 31st and has a countdown timer running on their websites. After that, a VEDex, then a decentralized options exchange built on stock tokens, taking this thing from currently around six smart contracts running to 20 to 25 plans. So this is a high risk play. And the question isn't the idea, will they work? It really is about the execution. Can the dev ship this? And soon, we're going to find out.

[Spoken audio]: Yeah, so the way we designed it, we have it automated, so if anybody pays in tile, it's immediately staked right into 106 and just locked into Conviction. If anybody uses the X402 integration, they're using USDC, that is also, we have to do the manual process because it's still one step from smart contracts to BitTenture. But we're working towards automating that, and yet both of them are 100% used to buy back the token and lock it into Conviction. And the third avenue for people to be able to access the computer is pretty much just locking the 106 token for conviction.
