danyel from kiichain on why china will force the us to move on crypto regulation. china just announced they’re working on no capital gains tax for crypto returns. if the us wants to stay number one they have to match it. tit for tat. if china locks in the full regulatory [Spoken audio]: China is going to be the single most influential player that make regulatory structure legal in the states, right? And the reason is because China just announced they're in the process of doing no capital gains tax for crypto returns. So they want to be number one. The state wants to be number one. So you have to go tit for tat. But if they're doing no capital gains, you got to do no capital gains. And if you want to get ahead, you got to pass regulatory infrastructure, which China isn't quite there yet. But they're already looking at the tax exemptions. Do you really want to be on the sidelines to when they figure out the regulatory structure, and then they implement that? And then if they're first to do it, if they're first to do it, and it takes you three to six months to do it, by the time you do it, right, the market will have shifted tremendously. And the markets already in the States. So all you would be doing is losing what you already have. And that doesn't make any sense. That I think the push that China is doing is ultimately going to be the deciding factor in the states because no matter what you think of it, it's going to be very simple. Even if you agree with regulatory structure or not, it's mainly like a democratic push on the Democrat side. The question is going to be like, do you want to be second to China?
