I know the rules, but I don’t always follow them — how do you deal with that in trading? I trade crypto intraday, and I’ve noticed something frustrating: most of the time I know exactly what the right thing to do is, but in the moment I still sometimes do the wrong thing. One bad trade can lead to revenge trading. One missed move can lead to FOMO. A couple of losses can make you start forcing entries or increasing risk when you should be stepping away. For me, the hardest part of trading is not the chart. It’s managing my own behavior. I’m trying to get better at this, because I know that psychology and risk management matter just as much as technical analysis — maybe even more.
