Broken systems don't fall from their flaws. They fall when the pain crosses a threshold. Printable money keeps pushing that threshold back - forever. Slow decay is the trick: quiet enough that no one acts. Bitcoin breaks it. [Spoken audio]: And the crucial thing about conflicts within a system other than Bitcoin is they can remain hidden away for a long time, right? They can just keep bubbling, but the staying power, the legacy structure has enough of the infinite printable money to just keep the decay slow and imperceptible and unnoticeable and keep the incumbent in place, right? Keep enough people in favor of the incumbents. buy up enough influencers, buy up enough thought leaders, entrench enough people into capital structures, and so on and so forth. These are all elements of the playbook, to just keep it forever. That's what fiat is. That's what the debt-based monetary system is. There are obviously huge problems, but the thing about resolving these problems is that the legacy structure that benefits from these problems has enough staying power. Just keep things slowly decaying gradually, imperceptibly, but where people won't rise up and take action. But the thing about Bitcoin is nodes can force the issue, which is what happening in bit 110 right now.
