Former Ethereum Foundation @ethereumfndn Co-Executive Director @tkstanczak says EF’s biggest issue was communication. After years of regulatory pressure, the Foundation became too cautious. But Tomasz Stańczak also claimed that as the environment changed and more ecosystem [Spoken audio]: I mentioned that many times that the most broken thing, in my opinion, was that the TIRM Foundation kind of was not brave enough in communication, which might have been coming from the years before, when the legal environment, the regulatory environment was very harsh. And that changed just before I joined. So I had much easier task of saying now, now we communicate. That was the environment where you could communicate much more. And also it was the the time when many other organizations could take a lot of responsibility openly in public space for Ethereum. So as operators, like Ethereum Allies, like the ATAs, like Sharpening, so as bad-bid-mine of consensus, not a mind, many other operators of infrastructure, they started being very vocal and showing how Ethereum is used, which means that Ethereum suddenly being much more vocal in the foundation was not that much of a problem.
