Words like fungible and permissionless are so foreign to us that Microsoft Word still underlines them in red. @ProofOfMoney explains that outside of Bitcoin there is no such thing as trustless, because you already live in a permission based world whether you realize it or not. [Spoken audio]: They have to be willing to challenge their old beliefs. The price of admission is humility. Once they're willing to do that, they have to learn a new language. And that's the first part that I think a lot of people miss. Let's think about it. We always describe Bitcoin as permissionless, trustless, fungible, and immutable. When before Bitcoin did any of us ever use those four words? Never. Fungible, I had to go and check what it means. What's fungible in English is not even my first language. But still, I don't think that even in my first language, I wouldn't know what these things mean. Well, and even something that makes sense like permissionless. Yes. If you open up Microsoft Word and type it. There is no such word. It underlines it in red, like, that doesn't exist. And it tells you something. Think about it. Microsoft Word is in the fiat world. In the fiat world, you can't have anything permissionless. We are in a permission state. You can't have anything trustless. There's no such thing outside of Bitcoin as trustless.
In my 5+ years of crypto it’s rare finding a dev + founder like @MEADGod that ships continuously and understands their core community. Super excited for this one.
