There's no if ands, a buts, a bout. There's no workarounds here. The network where the actual movement of value happens in three to four seconds. And XRP is the token, the asset that every single transaction on the XRP ledger must consume to process. And if they're using the ledger, they need to hold XRP. Think about that. All of these layers, parts of this system, they need each other. RL-USD cannot settle without the XRP ledger.
