Canadian living in korea - bitcoin Hi all, I'm a Canadian living in Korea on an F visa, and I'm interested in trading Bitcoin. I've heard that foreigners can't trade Bitcoin in Korea. Is that true?? I have almost no knowledge about this, so I'll just throw out information: - I currently have both a Canadian bank account and a Korean bank account. - thinking of using CAD in my canadian bank account to buy and sell bitcoin (not planning to use my korean bank account nor KRW for bitcoin unless it is necessary) - I pay taxes in Korea, but not in Canada. - I have an IBKR account (Global IBKR, not IBKR Canada), although I'm not sure if that's relevant or whether IBKR is even an option for Bitcoin.
