Binance founder CZ explains: “You’re never too late.” “I started Binance when I was 40, so I’m the typical counterexample. There’s a misconception that all the founders are very young. The average founders are quite old actually, like 40 plus. It also takes quite a number of [Spoken audio]: My least favorite narrative, the thing I hate the most, like it's shared in crypto is this idea that you have this finite period to make it. And if you know, the GCR famous tweet, you have a couple of years after college to hyper gamble into elite status or you're stuck in the permanent underclass forever. And I think this is part of the psychology that fuels the 17 second whole time on Solana. And you know, I have to hit the hero God trade or I'm stuck as a wage cock for the rest of my life. How do you think about how much time the younger generation has to make it? You have a lot of time. So I'm the typical counter example of what you just described. I started by this when I was 40. So I'm 48 right now. So I spent the first 20, 17 years in my work life doing different things. I was successful. I was a good coder. I was a good developer. I became a manager in a large organization. And, but it took me, so you're never too late. There's a misconception that, you know, many, all the founders are very young. The average founders are quite old actually, like 40 plus. But I would say it also takes quite a number of failures to become successful doing startups and all this new things are really hard. So I think you can start early. You want to try things as early as possible, but you want to manage your risk and make sure you don't crush really, really hard. You can fail, but you don't want to be able to bounce back. But also, don't be overly desperate or eager. We have seen failures where it was because of the funder's mentality that they want to become really successful really, really quickly. They're smart guys, but they're too quick, right? Yeah.
