Coinbase One Amex Return Protection Denied Over Incorrect 60-Day Rule? I’m dealing with an ongoing dispute issue and Coinbase is not listening/responding regarding my Coinbase One Amex. I filed a claim for return protection, which explicitly has a 90-day return period, within 90 days of purchasing a covered item. Support informed me that the dispute was denied because I didn’t file the claim within 60 days (even though it’s a 90 day policy???). Because the claim was denied over this incorrect 60-day limit instead of being evaluated under the stated 90-day policy, I have been charged interest on the balance ever since and no one has responded to me. Has anyone with the card ever been successful with a return protection claim?
