LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! THE TIME IS NOW. AFTER THE CLARITY ACT IS SIGNED, A NEW ERA FOR CRYPTO WILL START HOLD YOUR GOLD #XRP [Spoken audio]: I think what happened two weeks ago with the SEC and CFTC coming together with a joint statement was truly groundbreaking in a bunch of ways. And from my point of view, it ended an era of lawfare against this industry, which turns out didn't have the support of what the law actually said, so I think that was profound. But I also think we have to recognize that without codified legislative permanence, You still have the risk that the next version of the SEC comes back to Gensler's unlawful war on crypto, and I think it's bad for the United States. I think it's bad policy, it's also bad politics, and what we've seen certainly as we come up to midterms is being anti-crypto doesn't get you any votes. There's a lot of people who care about this industry, who are directly or indirectly involved, and I think that's why some of the voter education in the last cycle was impactful. So I am still optimistic to Clarity Act. I think it does still matter despite the CFTC and SEC coming together. I think the time is now. I would say I'm probably not quite as optimistic as I once was, but some of the smartest people and Washington insiders that I know have said to me, when people are at their peak frustration, that's when they finally compromise and it gets done. I think we're there. I think we're there.

Why doesn’t Rialo rely on fixed incentives? Lets Explain: Every second, demand for computation changes. New services come online, workloads increase, and resource availability shifts. A fixed incentive model can’t react fast enough to these changes,

The Giving Block captured 80-90% market share by building a product no other industry could use. @AlexWilsonTGB , who co-founded it, is now making the same bet on stablecoin payments with @Cyclops_inc "We took a very specific industry like nonprofits with The Giving Block, [Spoken audio]: we're doing is running the giving block playbook, but for a different industry, right? We took a very like specific industry like nonprofits with the giving block, built a very vertically integrated product that only made sense for nonprofits. It literally wouldn't work for any other use case, because it was so purpose-built. Now we're taking that same approach and applying it to the payments industry and using what we learned, spending four years at shift four. So we think about it as like, how do you create like a category king or category defining product, similar to how the giving block got 80-90% market share, and we say we're a category king or category leader, and we're trying to do the same thing now with Cyclops.
