The weird moment when you stop checking the price every day. Been holding for a few years now and something shifted recently-I just... stopped checking the price constantly. Used to open the app first thing in the morning, now I genuinely go weeks without looking, and when I do check it's more out of curiosity than anxiety. Didn't consciously decide to do this, it just kind of happened once I mentally filed it as long term thing I'm not touching instead of thing I need to monitor. Weirdly freeing compared to how I used to feel about it, checking constantly and letting the daily swings mess with my mood. Anyone else go through this shift? How long did it take before you stopped checking obsessively, and did something specific trigger it or did it just gradually fade on its own?
