[Spoken audio]: 100% of the DeFi industry has off-chain infrastructure. There is no chain and you're being lied to if you're told is 100% on chain. This is why companies like Infira and Alchemy and Kaleido and many many others exist. This is necessary infrastructure. Cardano is no different in this respect and our sins are no worse in this respect. The difference is though that we have a commitment to figure out how to get that off-chain stuff to be fully decentralized over time. It's why we have relationships with companion chains like Filecoin for example. It's why we've been looking very deeply at decentralizing Blockfrost and the expertise of the Blockfrost team has been invaluable. We will continue that regardless of the outcome of this vote. But it will be harmful in my view to Cardano if we cannot find a path to to maintain that legacy infrastructure while we figure out a path to decentralization.
