Is my Money forever lost? (BingX) Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone here has experience with a similar situation because I'm getting extremely frustrated. A few weeks ago I withdrew around 603 USDT (Polygon network) from my verified BingX account to my Bitpanda account. The transaction was successfully completed on the blockchain, but Bitpanda rejected the deposit because of a Travel Rule / wallet ownership verification issue. So I contacted Bitpanda support immediately. They confirmed the funds would be returned. So i agreed and they sent the funds to the same wallet address they came from ON BingX.
