3 weeks ago i decided to get good at playing tcgs going to 2-3 locals a week, learning the game we’re constantly placing top 8 nowadays and it’s been so fun thank you to the azuki team for creating a game that is so fun to play and full of extraordinary people [Spoken audio]: So what's going on guys? I've been opening up a lot of his bags trying to get that. Beautiful card drawn by the goat steam boy but we did not do it. However, to get it from you is a blessing but I've been thinking about it. Over the past, I'd say three weeks, I've been going hard playing training card games again. Tournaments, locals, I go to three tournaments and my wife, my wife hates it. No, she doesn't. She actually loves it. She loves that I'm having fun, but it is a lot of time. And I thought about it in this day and my age, this age, wait, it's late. At this point in my life, I've considered like, can I dedicate some part of my life this time to this passion, this hobby, and the answers are resounding, yes. I'm extremely happy. And actually all my work, everywhere else, videos, trading, career, media production, running other marketing stuff, it's actually gone to higher levels because of this freedom that I feel and this awakening of my inner child. And look at this, we're at nine out of 10 now. But I don't know, just wanted to document a little bit about, it's been fucking awesome, playing tournaments, beating nerds ass. We got top eight today. No, just kidding, people are so good. And I was playing like a couple really, really good one-piece players today. Nikki and Shane, who I both lost to. But in that moment, Even though I was trying to lock in and be focused, I thought to myself like, fuck, this is so cool. Like, this brings me back to when I was a kid and just playing yoyo and looking forward to potentially trying to get top 16, top eight and thinking through moves and breathing and feeling that excitement and competition and trying to strategize and understand all the decision lanes that one can make. It's just been so much fun. And I'm so grateful to have time and to be able to be around people that are so cool and so welcoming, it's just been awesome. So if you've been collecting trading cards for a while, I'd recommend you try to play. It's really fucking fun and there's a different energy to like playing with the cards you collect. Shout out Magic Players, I think they do that extraordinarily well. But yeah, a little journal, a little vlog about why it's been so dope playing trading cards again.
