One thing never felt right to me about AI. Why should one model get the final say? No matter how good it is, every model has blind spots. Every model can make mistakes. That's why I found @GenLayer design interesting. When a dispute happens, the network doesn't ask one AI for [Spoken audio]: How can a machine decide what's fair? Trust one AI? It can be wrong. It can be biased. It can be gained. So Jan Lyre never trusts just one. When a dispute arrives, the network picks a set of validators, randomly. Each one connected to a different AI model. No one can predict who decides. One goes first. It examines the case and proposes a verdict. The others don't take the leader's word for it. Each one works out the case alone, then compares its answer to the leader's. And they don't ask, is it identical? They ask, does it mean the same thing? Two different minds can reach the same truth. Agreement on meaning, not on wording. If the majority agrees, the verdict stands. If someone believes it's wrong, they can appeal. A new, larger set of validators is called, And every round the set grows. Every validator has real value state. Vote with the truth, you're rewarded. Gain the system, you're penalized. This is optimistic democracy. Fast, because most verdicts hold on the first round. Fair, because no single AI ever has the final word. This is GenLayer.
