A dark, abstract charcoal-like painting of a figure with raised hands rendered in heavy black brushstrokes against a white background, evoking a haunting, ashen quality fitting the title "Minted to Ashes."

After everything crypto has been through this past decade, the Clarity Act could die over ‘ethics concerns’? Simulation confirmed. You can’t write satire this good.

There's a lending structure most people have never heard of. It's called a collar loan. You borrow against your Bitcoin. We place a floor and ceiling price on it over a set time horizon. And as long as Bitcoin stays within that range, there are no margin calls and no [Spoken audio]: Treasury companies, is this how they are generating for want of a better word cash flow using lending? The Treasury companies are very frequent users of lending and that's across the board, not just with us, but every lender out there I think will say that they work with Treasury companies and that's because Treasury companies hold Bitcoin and they don't plan to ever sell it, right? So they borrow against a Bitcoin and do different things with it. So often you'll see structures where they borrow against it and either use it for cash purposes for any operational things they need to do or they'll use that to use the dollars they borrow to put into a structure where they're actually generating yield element. There are more interesting use cases as well for treasury companies. We have some structures that are reserved for high net individuals in institutions such as color loans where you can actually borrow at a very cheap interest rate by us placing a color which is a hedge on the price of the bitcoin that you borrow again. Like let's say for argument's sake it's a 60k and you want to borrow two million dollars against it. We'll place a lower price and a ceiling price on the Bitcoin within a certain time horizon. And as long as Bitcoin stays in that range, you have no model costs, no liquidations, and the yield from the options side will actually pay down a significant portion of the interest rate. So it becomes a very attractive option for treasuries and bigger institutions to borrow against.
