. @jito_sol looks like a business in decline until you dig into why. Jito has repeatedly given up high margin revenue (MEV tip maximization) to make @solana a more credible venue for serious flow in the end state. Softer Solana activity has also weighed on the numbers. But with [Spoken audio]: It is also unusual for a team to give up high-margin revenue to improve its underlying network, and JITO has done this more than once. This explains why the reported numbers have looked weak, and I believe it's less concerning than it appears. On the left, you see that the revenue and the income have declined since early 2025. The green is JITO tips, the purple is JITO Sophie's, and the red is Expenses, and at face value, this looks like a business in decline. However, when digging into the numbers, a lot of this decline is of course from activity declining, but some of it has been deliberate business decisions that the JITO team has made. As they did shut down the extractive MEV flows and prioritize adoption of the BAM Valdez decline rather than maximizing tip revenue in the short term. So this reduced to some high margin revenue, but it does make Solana a more credible venue for serious transaction activity in that long run and state, which I believe is very important. It is also unusual for a team to give up high margin revenue to improve its underlying network. And JITO has done this more than once, which is reasonable signal of management quality. On the right hand side of the chart, the blue bars are the JTX revenue coming online and their income begins to recover. The model does not assume a return to peak JITO Sol Revenue or JITO Tip Revenue as an investment case purely rests on JITO capturing user flow through JTX and by the second quarter of 2027 that implies roughly $33 million in annualized revenue.
