TOM LEE: CRYPTO IS HOW HUMANS STAY IN CONTROL WHEN AI AGENTS GET RICH He calls it the uncanny valley of wealth, and says it's why crypto exists, even after a terrible year: - If our delegated agents make more money than us, we start to wonder who works for whom, and crypto is [Spoken audio]: You know, and I'm going to call that the quote uncanny valley of wealth, that there may be a point in time where if our delegated agents make more money than us, we're going to wonder if we work for them or they work for us. And I think that that is the reason why crypto and a lot of the technologists are starting to realize that crypto is really one of the ways for humans to control the future role of agents. So, I think those two mega trends are still in place, but crypto prices have been absolutely terrible this year. I think part of it is macro, you know, the monetary policy is not dovish, it looked dovish six months ago, right, and market was looking for two cuts an ounce, two hikes. That's a headwind. The Clarity Act, which was supposed to help provide and create federal preemption of cryptocurrency rules and let the CFTC essentially have purview over that industry. You know, that's still stuck in the Congress processes. And AI, of course, has done so well that it's not only taken away attention, but it's actually taken away investor capital. So I think those are, to me, headwinds, but they're not creating what I call intermodal replacements. I think blockchain is still going to be central to the future of the financial services in street and actually to how we manage AI.

By 2032 or 2034, crypto crosses $100 trillion. For context... there's about $800 trillion of assets in the world right now. Gold is $30 trillion, global M2 is $80 trillion. The entire digital asset space is $3.5 trillion. Adoption has followed the same log regression channel [Spoken audio]: hundred trillion dollars of assets out there in the world. Gold is at 30 trillion. Global M2 80 trillion. And Bitcoin, the whole of digital assets is like 3.5 trillion. OK, so it's nothing yet. But when you use the trend rate of adoption, i.e. the market cap of crypto overall, it is in a secular log regression channel and you can forward project out where it's going to go. And it tells us by around 2032, 2034, this is $100 trillion asset. $100 trillion asset means we're going to create $97 trillion of new wealth, which will be the largest wealth creation in all of economic history in the shortest period of time. To put it this way, it'll create more wealth than all of the Middle East, every Russian billionaire, every US tech billionaire, every finance billionaire, every real estate billionaire on earth.
