$MSTR Can MSTR break this key resistance to confirm the rally? Elliott Wave Analysis #MicroStrategy [Spoken audio]: So we'll take a look at the MSTR latest chart update and I can tell you that the market has reacted now to our micro support zone. If you followed the last update, then you know that our support area here for this AB setup was between, still is between $85.72 and $92.46. So the price has now reacted to support and the market is now on its way higher potentially in this C wave. I mean this is what I am tracking for Bitcoin as well more or less. So the idea is still that MSDR could push a little bit higher should ideally get closer to the upper resistance area between $126.54 and $163.52. Now what I will do I will remove the lower resistance and add also the 38.2 retracement at $113.84 to the upper resistance area because this is a more realistic first key resistance level that should be reached in the C wave to the upside. Please note that MSTR depends strongly on Bitcoin. So we should never ignore Bitcoin when we look at the MSTR chart. Luckily, we look at Bitcoin on our more crypto online channel several times a day. And so for those of you who are maybe not familiar with it, we are running an x-channel more crypto online where I cover Bitcoin several times throughout the week, sometimes even multiple times per day. And so feel free to follow here as well. I'll put the link into the comment section. You can just check it out, but it can make sense, especially for those of you who really interested in crypto and MSTR to follow here as well just to get these additional updates because you can see that the Bitcoin chart is also potentially pushing higher in a C wave is that coincidence I don't think so Bitcoin and MSTR as I said they often move together so if Bitcoin is moving up in a C wave and MSTR has a projection for a C wave higher as well well they might be be moving together. Now, first of all, we should also talk about what would be an ideal target for the C-Wave. Assuming that the B-Wave pullback in the white scenario is complete, then the C-Wave should ideally reach the 100% extension. Here we talk about $117.85. That's an ideal target for Wave C of 2. And so it is in the larger resistance box above. Let's see if we get there, but I have to say MSTR will likely follow Bitcoin. So even if MSTR can't exactly get there, but Bitcoin forms a top a little bit earlier, then the idea will be that MSTR will likely form a top as well and follow Bitcoin lower. So that's the short-term bullish count, which would, however, even be ultimately bearish. What we should also highlight is that we cannot ignore the orange scenario in which however orange wave 2 is likely simply extending. So it means in the orange count it could very well be that we're working on a wave 2 to the upside which would be even more bearish. Again both counts are not really bullish but the white count allows for higher prices and the white count would be my preferred interpretation at the moment. But I cannot rule out orange and here the key resistance level to watch that's the very first one because it is the invalidation point for the directly bearish 1-2 set up to the downside in the orange count in which a more directly bearish scenario is playing out. Here the invalidation point is at $105.87. That's the swing high from the 6th of July. So yeah, these are the key levels to watch, which means all eyes need to be on this green invalidation line. And my expectations would be for the market to break above that $105.87 level in the white count. However, if we see any strong a downside reaction from here, or a little bit higher before we break above $105.87, it could be a third wave to the downside. These are the two most probable scenarios.
