June looked a bit different than usual. Monero remained the most-used payment method at 49.37%, but USDT climbed to 37.03%, while Bitcoin accounted for only 10.20%. For comparison, June last year was the exceptional month when USDT briefly overtook Monero and all other coins. This year, XMR is back in its usual leading position, but USDT is unusually high again. It's just one month's data, so I wouldn't read too much into it. Still, I find these shifts interesting because they reflect real spending behaviour rather than exchange volumes or speculation.

The growth of financial content is deeply under-explored. The "creators" in this category will be some of the most influential people on the planet. We have seen slices of this over the years in crypto and are now seeing it again in stocks right now with both substack and X. The [Spoken audio]: I think it's one of the best ideas I've seen from a conference perspective. I'm just going to redo this post and I'll give you a couple of takes. Retail sub-stack Reddit and most of X accounts are increasingly the most important forces in the stock market. And yet there is no way for them to connect directly with the management team to the companies they are writing about and investing in. The Tomorrow X Summit aims to change this. We're going to have our own version of the superb Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs TMT conference with an epic lineup of both public and private companies. Instead of having sell-side analysts interview management teams, we're going to have ex-accounts with Satrini and buy-siders do the fireside chats. We expect thousands of attendees at the Moody Center in Austin. Attendants will be free for ex-accounts that contribute positively to the discourse and affordable for retail accounts. Perhaps we could even get them on a panel and have them interview some management teams. First of all, I highly recommend, if you post on Twitter at all, you should try to sign up for this. I think it's probably going to be the only finance conference of the year for regular people that it's worth attending. And the first thing that he's doing is one, Quote tweeting a tweet that talks about the price impact in like 15 minutes after they announced Muse 1.1 and then he's quote tweeting semi-analysis Dylan Patel who liked what they're shipping and is using semi-analysis, semi-analysis is researched to justify a one trillion dollar evaluation like to the bankers and the public market And so you just think about how quickly this has flipped where the retail and the popular Twitter accounts have all of the motion and and everyone is trying to get their appeal. Everyone's trying to get, you know, to talk positively about them. Everybody wants semi-analysis to talk positively about them. Everybody wants bubble boy, they want serenity, they want these like regular, normal retail traders that post on Twitter and have some motion to talk about what they're doing and why they, you know, potentially like what they like.
