Pinging you the moment price hits. Let me show you how. In this case, we're watching gold on the one hour and we've already drawn our parallel channel. What we want is to catch the moment price tests the bottom of that channel. With the channel drawn, select it. An alert icon appears right on the drawing, click it and the alert setup opens there. Now set your trigger. We want to fire when price crosses the lower rail. That's our cue to check whether support is still holding. So under alert rules, we'll choose pass through. And that's just one option. Alert rules also lets you pick breakout, underpass and plenty of other conditions depending on what you're tracking. tracking. Then, under target, we'll select lower rail, since the support is what we care about here, though you can just as easily set it to upper rail or middle rail. Next, pick where the alert gets delivered. Inbox message, app push, email, discord, or telegram, whichever fits you best. We'll walk through setting those up in upcoming videos, so stay tuned. Then, set your frequency. Fire just once, once per K line, at each K-line close or every minute, whatever matches how you trade. Under validity period you'll set how long the alert stays active. One thing to know here, for a drawing alert you can't set this by hand in the super alert panel. It matches the length of the drawing automatically. So if your channel on the chart runs until 7am on July 8th, this field reads 7am on July 8th. Want to change it? Just adjust your drawing, reopen the panel and the new validity updates on its own. Last, give your alert a note. So even months from now, you can tell at a glance exactly what this one's tracking. Once everything checks out, hit create and your alert is live. To check on it later, click the alarm icon on the drawing on your chart. Then hit the alert records icon in the top right. You'll see every alert you've created, its live status and its full trigger history all in one place.
